Refund Policy

At Amaro & Ink, all cocktail recipes, menus, and creative materials are custom-made and tailored for each client. Because of the unique and creative nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

However, we want our clients to be fully satisfied with their cocktail menus. To ensure this:

 

• Clients may request up to two (2) recipe adjustments or substitutions per month if they are not satisfied with the initial recipes provided.

• Adjustments must be requested within 30 days of receiving the recipe(s).

• Substitutions will be made in good faith to meet the client’s preferences and maintain overall menu quality.

 

 

Notes:

 

• Adjustments are limited to flavor profile changes, ingredient swaps, or presentation updates.

• Full menu redesigns or requests beyond two substitutions per month may incur additional fees.

• Amaro & Ink retains creative discretion to ensure recipes remain practical, profitable, and aligned with professional standards.
